This short solo started out as a rhythm guitar ‘Barre’ chords lesson but as I improvised over the chord progression
the solo took on a life of it’s own (as is often the case). So it became an example of a solo melody targeting the
chord tones - which is what all the greats do!
This lesson is full of useful techniques, and if you are into theory just ask and I’ll show you how to play melodies
over interesting chord progressions such as this one.
